In Touch Recruitment is looking to recruit a RGN Home Manager to manage and take the lead of an established nursing home close to Perth, Scotland.
This beautiful nursing home close to Perth, Scotland, provides nursing care and support to older people with varying levels of nursing needs and requirements. The home is part of a large, well-established care organisation that has adopted a person centered approach to the quality care that is delivered throughout each of their homes.
My client is looking for a strong and focused RGN Home Manager to join the management team and oversee the running of one of their homes close to Perth in Scotland. We are looking ideally for an individual who has 2-3 years of management experience gained within a nursing home environment. An excellent understanding of the Care Commission standards is essential along with the ability to lead and direct a staff team by example.
This will be an excellent opportunity for a RGN Home Manager to really make a difference within a nursing home and make it the home of choice within the area.
